Competition Law Reading Group Discussion Series : 'Ecosystem' Theories of Harm

For this reading group discussion we will be discussing ecosystem theories of harm in digital mergers by focusing on Commission’s decision to prohibit proposed acquisition of eTraveli by Booking.

The reading group sessions will consist of interactive discussions where the participants will discuss the critical aspects of recent cases and decisions. The reading group will convene once each term. The case information will be announced a week before the event. To allow all participants to engage in the dialogue fully, there will be limited places on a first come-first- serve basis. The discussion will consist of discussing the reading material and after each participant will be encouraged to share one of the recent decision/case she/he might find interesting.
