The aim of this workshop is to explore potential directions for the reform of legal insanity, with a focus on the potential development of disability-neutral models that meet the requirements for compliance with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). It will feature nine presentations across two days, followed by a summative panel discussion and Q&A.
